Gloves are adult size

The hat is lovely but the gloves are massive for my daughter. They are definitely an adult size. Its a shame because I bought it to be a set now she can only wear the hat : (

Great product but disappointing sizing

Bought heat holders for my little girl (age 5) who has raynauds. The item in itself was fantastic and would have served its purpose but the kids size gloves were too big and fitted an adult. The customer service was excellent and they sent a 3-6 year old, which I chose, as a replacement however these were too small. Therefore returned both pairs.
Gutted as the product itself seem lovely and warm just the sizing needs to be reviewed.
