Hands still get cold

Thank you for taking the trouble to leave feedback for your gloves and sorry to hear of the issue.

The gloves are heat holders, as the name suggests they are designed to hold the heat that is already in your hands. If your hands are cold when you put them on they will not work to the best of their ability.

If you put them in an airing cupboard or on a radiator (or even a quick blast with the hairdryer) before wearing them this will help trap warm air in the specially brushed lining to help maximise the performance of the gloves.
