I love Heat Holder socks

Heat Holder socks are perfect when outside, walking the dog or just being outdoors. I've had a couple of pairs for several years now and can confirm they wear well, wash well and definately keep you feet warm.

I have purchased at least a dozen pairs of these now. Because I wear them every day, they do wear out after a year or so, but the comfort and warmth these give me is great. I have poor circulation in my feet, so they're always cold and clammy, but these socks really help with the condition.

Are Heat Holders the warmest thermal socks in the world?

As far as we know and based on all the tests carried out so far, Heat Holders socks are indeed the warmest thermal socks in the world.

What is a TOG rating?

TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is an independent laboratory-tested standard for insulation. The higher the TOG rating, the better the product is at keeping you warm. You’ll see TOG ratings applied to duvets and babywear, as well as thermal clothing like Heat Holders.

How warm are Heat Holders Original socks?

As far as we know and have ever tested, all three weights of Heat Holders socks (Original, Lite and Ultra Lite) are the warmest thermal socks in their respective weight/thickness categories.

Our Original socks have a TOG of 2.3, which is 7 x warmer than a basic cotton sock.

We also have our Original Wool socks, with a TOG of 2.7 and our Original Merino Wool socks, with a TOG of 2.9.
